Ford Jones

Mr. Jones is a partner and founding member of Fairgrounds Ventures and is responsible for investment origination and evaluation, transaction due diligence and execution, and ongoing portfolio management.
Prior to founding Fairgrounds Ventures, Mr. Jones founded Independence Commercial Real Estate, a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in property acquisitions, advisory services, and tenant representation.
Mr. Jones’ responsibilities at Independence included overseeing all commercial real estate activities and management of day-to-day operations of the firm. Mr. Jones’ previous experience includes providing brokerage services at Charter Real Estate and Read King. Mr. Jones holds a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Texas.
