Thomas Phillips
INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE
Mr. Phillips supports the management of new underwritings and acquisitions and assists in all aspects of transaction execution.
Prior to Fairgrounds Ventures, Mr. Phillips was an investment banking associate at Mizuho | Greenhill, an elite boutique investment bank specializing in independent M&A, restructuring, and capital advisory, where he focused on Midstream and Downstream M&A and Capital Markets transactions.
His previous experience includes an investment banking analyst role at PPHB, focused on Oilfield Services sell-side transactions, and an M&A tax consultant role at Deloitte focused on Oil & Gas transactions.
Mr. Phillips holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.S. in Data Analytics from the University of Mississippi. In his free time, he can likely be found in Rockport fishing.
